What started as a single leadership conference grew into 7 conferences with over 400,000 attendees online and in person. With the such explosive growth, creating a consistent identity system was vital to main consistency and scalability.
We evolved their previous arrow logo to fit their focus on accessibility, and allowed for each sub-brand to have a designated color palette. This allowed for the umbrella of Thrive to always be protected while allowing the conference theme each year to have some creativity. A website and collateral were also created to accompany the new found identity.
